EVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGIES has been metamorphosed into EVO TECH PVT. LTD. The Company has firmed up plans to establish itself as a Total Solution Provider for integrated steel plants. The solutions comprise of erection of Blast Furnaces, Coke Oven Plant, Sinter Plant, Billet Caster and Rolling Mills with new technologies aimed at value addition and cost effectiveness.

The Company aims to establish itself as an interface between the latest technology providers and steel producers. Apart from developing it's ground-breaking indigenous technology for value addition in Rolling Mills, EVO TECH has formed joint ventures with the world re-knowned enterprises in order to introduce some of the latest iron and steel-making technological ideas in India having features for improved cost saving and value-adding characteristics.

EVO TECH is built upon grey-haired expertise of steel veterans and green thriving aspirations of young entrepreneurs all aimed at perfection of the idea and its solution, the subject and the object of metallurgy.

In order to stay in the market and maximize profits, the following approach has been adopted:

EVO TECH PVT. LTD. was started in September 2003 and in due course of time has added on more than 100 customers in providing the indigenously developed technology for production of TMT bars, both in India and abroad in 6 countries. It has developed a large manufacturing infrastructure in 4 acres of land for machining, fabrication, heat treatment, etc. for a variety of equipment for the Rolling mills and Blast Furnaces. It has also developed a large design team to cope up with design of Rolling Mill and Blast Furnace equipment and Structures.

In the short span of 4 years the company has diversified in the following areas:

• Designing, supplying and installing Kalugin's shfatless stoves for Blast furnaces.
• Designing, supplying and installing finishing equipment for Rolling Mills.
• Designing, supplying and installing equipment for Wire rod mills.

Apart from above diversifications, following areas of operation are on the anvil:

• Manufacturing and installing Top charging equipment for BFs.
• Manufacturing and installing Profile-meters for BFs.
• Designing, supplying and installing Kalugin's shiftless stoves in Brazil.

EVO TECH PVT. LTD. is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company EVO TECH PVT. LTD. in the course of 4 years has developed its manufacturing infrastructure in 4.5 acres of land with a state of the art factory shed of 50 m x 20 m with a 10 T overhead crane and 12 T movable crane. The factory houses the machine shop and fabrication yard. There are two other large fabrication yards in the open outside. There are also large storage yards. The heat treatment and annealing sections are also outside. The factory layout, the list of machinery and manpower is enclosed herein. The factory has security camera surveillance along with security manpower round the clock.

EVO TECH PVT. LTD. has several vendors for machining, casting, forging. Machining jobs are being off-loaded presently to 7 vendors. Fabrication jobs are also being off-loaded to one contractor.

The office of EVO TECH PVT. LTD. is in the Bhilai city at Nehru Nagar. It is housed in two floors with an approx. office space of 2500 sq. ft. The office contains the Design section, Project section, Purchase, Finance & Accounts, P & A section, etc. The office layout is shown in this document. Construction of new premises is to start in November which will have two floors with stilt parking. Each floor will have a floor space of 4200 sq. ft. the new office layout is also given herein. The organization chart and the list of personnel working in the company is enclosed also. Each section is connected by EPBX system. There are more than 20 computers in the office which are connected through a server. Quality and production staff is stationed in the factory office. The company has a large supplier list, which is enclosed. Procurement of material is through standard and approved vendors and strict quality control is being enforced before acceptance of material in stores.
